Introduction

I studied Applied Chemistry at the Payame Noor University in Abhar (Zanjan, Iran) and I obtained my BSc degree in 2009. Then, I went to the Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences (IASBS), Zanjan, Iran. I obtained my MSc (2013) and PhD (2018) in Analytical Chemistry/Chemometrics, both from IASBS. During my master's and PhD studies, I have been working on Multivariate Curve Resolution (MCR) methods for analysis of chemical data sets.In December 2018, I joined the Biosystems Data Analysis group (BDA) as a postdoctoral researcher.

Research

I am working within a large collaborative project together with partners at the University of Copenhagen, ALRA, Unilever and Bruker. The current research focuses on development of multivariate data analysis methods to study sarcopenia (muscle-loss) in elderly population.
