Justus Großmann

Introduction

Justus Großmann obtained his BSc in Biochemistry at the Freie Universit$auml;in his hometown Berlin. There, he focused on biophysical analytical methods such as NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. In 2018, Justus moved to Amsterdam for his MSc in Biomolecular Sciences with a specialization in bioinformatics. His research projects involved Atomic Force Microscopy and microbiome data analysis. After graduating from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, he joined the Biosystems Data Analysis group (BDA) as a researcher in October 2020.

Research

Together with partners from industry and academia, Justus will be working on finding relationships between sensory parameters of food products and their chemical composition.
